We accept insurance!

We are in-network with the insurance plans listed below. Most plans cover lactation visits 100%, but Aetna has a small copay after 3 visits. Some plans do not cover virtual visits. Call your carrier to check for coverage.

Out-of-network families pay an hourly rate and can send their receipt and Superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement.

We accept FSA/HSA cards.

All bookings and payments are via secure, HIPPA compliant systems.

If you have Medicaid, contact Margaret for special pricing.

  • 120 Minutes | $300

    Margaret will arrive at your home ready to help solve your breastfeeding problems. We will make a plan together and answer any questions you have. We will teach how to use your breast pump and will check flange size. She always brings an infant scale to check the baby's weight. Free of cost if we are in-network with your insurance company. Visit limits may apply. Aetna usually has deductible. If we are not in-network, we will require a credit card on file. Travel fee may apply.

  • 90 Minutes | $225

    Margaret will arrive at your home ready to reassess you and the baby and see what progress you have made since the last visit. Free of cost if we are in-network with your insurance company. Visit limits may apply. Aetna usually has deductible. If we are not in-network, we will require a credit card on file. Travel fee may apply.

  • 60 Minutes | $100-150

    In this private in-home or virtual visit, Margaret will answer all of your breastfeeding questions while you prepare to meet your new baby. Virtual visits may not be covered by some insurance plans. Free of cost if we are in-network with your insurance company. Visit limits may apply. Aetna does not cover virtual care. If we are not in-network, we will require a credit card on file. Travel fee may apply.

  • 60 Minutes | $100

    You will meet with Margaret in a secure Google Meet to discuss your breastfeeding questions and quickly create a care plan that will support your needs, all without requiring a face-to-face visit. If an in-home visit is required, you will get first priority for appointments. Not all insurance plans cover virtual visit, including Aetna.

  • 15-30 Minutes | $50

    Margaret is now offering Red Light Therapy to families with breast and/or nipple pain. This is an add-on service, insurance doesn’t cover. She will administer a 15-30 minute red light therapy session. Red Light Therapy has been shown to quickly reduce inflammation and pain in breast and nipple conditions such as clogging, pain, mastitis and nipple cracking. Most issues are cleared up in one to three sessions.
